Hello! I am Sammi and I guess let me start by saying that I have always liked working with kids. I used to be married with 2 stepsons which are now 18 and 9. I don't mind babysitting kids or pets. I can do short notice care, unless i have a doctor's appointment that day or if i am out of town, even though that does not happen much. I don't mind picking up after the kids and trying to help them with homework. I love doing crafts and such. I am at church every Wednesday night and Sunday morning, or I try to be at least. Kids are the best comedians ever! I love to laugh and have fun. I probably enjoy cartoon movies just as much as they do, I am just a big kid at heart. I usually work actual jobs, but as I am getting older, Read more my body is not letting me do what I used to. In 2008, I was in a bad accident that involved the car i was in getting hit by a train, yep, you read that right. A train, but I do not let that hinder me at all except i can't run marathons and all that good stuff. I do like to swim, love reading (especially to the kids), I love animals, going for small walks. I do have my own vehicle and it is insured. It is a 2012 a Chevy Equinox. I LOVE to cook and bake. I have never had a problem with any kids I have kept before. I do believe in sitting in the corner for a time out if they are in trouble UNLESS told different by the parents or if there is another form of punishment they prefer. I am 36yrs old and I have already lived my crazy life. Lol, too old for that now. I do not have any children of my own as due to the train wreck I was in and then in April of 2019 my tubes were finally removed. I do have occasional doctor appointments, but that is normal. When I say I love animals, I mean all of them. I personally own, 8 ball pythons, a bearded dragon, a sulcatta tortoise, 2 dogs and 3 cats. Oh we have 3 cows as well. Now granted, I don't have alot for kids to do around my house bc well, we have no kids. If you need me to come to your house I am fine with that. I don't mind cooking them lunch, making snacks or anything like that. I am willing to go through background checks and drug tests if needed. And if you need to talk to the last 2 people I have been a babysitter for, I can provide their information. I am real easy going and easy to talk to. Just don't ever be thrown off by my appearance.
