Melissa has succeeded over our expectations to take care of our kids during our two weeks holidays, knowing that they were speaking nothing but French and Melissa doesn't speak French. All the same, she was able to communicate with them quite well. She was careful, cheerful and was always taking good initiatives. She was as comfortable with kids 3-7 years old as with babies. I definitively recommend her.
