Hello, my name is Amber. I am a mother to one 16yr old daughter and an 11yr autistic son. I love children. I started babysitting when I was 11. Just after my daughter was born I decided to go to college for my degree in education. About my experience...While attending school, I worked in daycares around town. After doing that for 5 years, I decided to open a hone daycare that was open for about 4 yrs. As a sitter, I love to read to them, work hands on with the child, go to the park, and try to just get the children learning fine motor and gross motor skills. I have experience working with children that have special needs such as, autism, ADHD, as well as those that needs special things any where from helping them remember to brush their teeth, give them their medicine, be patient and understanding Read more of the child, and make sure I to look out for their safety and well being. I am CPR/First Aid certified, I have 20years experience with children, I have a back ground check in hand if you wish to view it, and I also have a bit of experience in the medical field after going CNA work for a little while.
