Hi I am looking for a trusted, responsible person who loves children to take care of my 3 yr old daughter she is super easy. She barely cries and always smiling and happy. I am looking for someone who is fun,active and willing to play with her.I need it from Mon-Fridays from 9am-1pm. or just let me know how ur schedule the Pay is :25$/hr

My husband and I have always been cautious of who we entrusted our two year old with. It is difficult for us to leave her and have a peace of mind if we are not comfortable that she is happy when we leave. I contacted a few babysitters but my initial contact with Luvenia was the most impressive. All of our correspondence was extremely professional yet it had warm and accommodating tone. She asked good questions about my daughter to get a good background of what would work for her. This impressed me because it really showed that she was passionate about her job of being a caretaker. What surprised me the most was my daughter’s initial reaction to Luvenia. She was very intrigued with her and took to her almost immediately. Luvenia came prepared. She has a strong belief that child care is more than just sitting a child in front of a TV. She came with age appropriate games, music and crafts  Her experience as a caretaker and professional clown is apparent. She has a way using her creativity and colorful personality to completely engage the child. By the time we left, Luvenia already had our daughter total attention. When we returned, Luvenia was sure to inform us of the details of their time together. Our daughter was very happy so much so that she has requested to see Luvenia or Luvie (as she calls her) several times since. Luvenia definitely takes her job as a caretaker very seriously. She not only wants to ensure the safety of your child she is also vested in helping to promote their individual growth.
