I have been educating, watching children for over 20 years. I started out as a teacher and then for 10 years i was a child care provider for children as young as 3 months until school age. I prefer to watch Teachers children, so that the schedule matches that of my own children. I love children of all ages. Provide full day care to three children ages infancy to 4 years old. • Plan and implement developmental programs based upon observation of the individual child’s needs. • Observe children’s development, behavior and growth and confer with parents regarding children’s progress. • Prepare play and learning materials and set up children’s environment. • Guide children’s behavior and social development. • Perform basic first aid.
