I have a total of a little over 10 years in childcare experience. I started off babysitting my little God brother and God sister when I was just 12 years old and I loved every minute of it! From there, I would babysit for neighborhood children and their references have helped me get jobs elsewhere. I worked all through college at a preschool as an infant teacher all the way through elementary after school care. I've worked with large groups of middle school and high school kids anywhere from a church setting, to the mission field to the public school system. You name it! I enjoy the life children have and I plan on learning from them as I move along in my career. I'm currently an MSW (masters in social work) student and will be graduating in May 2015.
