I am the mother of 4. I am a cake decorator, scuba instructor that ran kids scuba camps called PADI Seal for children from 8-14 & then the older kids camps when they were able to be certified to dive. I am a certified EFR (Emergency First Responder) instructor as well. This training includes CPR & Care for children. In VA we lived at the end of a cup-de-sac & pipestem & our house was the congregating house for the kids because we also had the best tree. When my children were in elementary school I helped out as often as possible because I left at the end of the day feeling good from working with kids (they are more honest & forthright than adults) Their fascination with crafts & just life in general has always made me feel good. I am not a teenager anymore (unfortunately) but I do Read more feel like I could make the experience of a "sitter" a little easier to deal with. I also have a daughter that's almost 14 that may or may not help me out on occasion.
