I have a lot of experience working with children and animals--especially children. I have done a lot of volunteer work in schools and I also worked as a teacher's aide through a work study job I had when I lived in Graceville, FL. I am working on getting a degree in elementary education, however I am taking a break from school for financial and family reasons. I am unmarried and do not have children, so I do not have anything that would get in the way of working with your children whenever you need me (or fur babies). I love working with kids and helping them learn new things. With me, you would not just get a baby sitter, you would have a person who genuinely cares about your children and wants to help them succeed in life (and homework). Also, because I have volunteered so much in the school Read more system, I know what the State Standards are and what Common Core is (trying to) ask of them. I also love working with animals of all shapes and sizes from snakes, to rats, to cats, to Doberman, to birds. Horses make me nervous, so I won't be much help if anything more than watching from afar is needed. I have my own vehicle and no speeding tickets and my motto is to leave a place better than it looked before I got there.
