Hi, my name is Becky, and I have a heart for babies/toddlers. When I was a child and went to the zoo, I was more interested in the human babies than the animal ones. 😊😊I have been a care taker all of my life, and I truly believe that caring for others is the reason that I am here. I am looking to provide affordable and loving child care to one child in my home. To give you an idea of my experience, I started out at 12 years old babysitting for money to buy my family Christmas. Throughout my whole life, I have cared for infants and children of all ages. I love reading to children, and music. I enjoy incorporating learning with play. I also took care of my first husband who had muscular dystrophy and required all the specialized care of an infant, but his mind was Read more as sharp as a tack. I cared for him through my pregnancy, and while my now 22 year old son was a newborn and toddler. I am in an electric wheelchair, but do not consider myself "disabled." I have faced more challenges than most "able-bodied" people, and have met every one of them. I promise you, you will not find a more loving or dedicated babysitter. I am currently looking to babysit an infant up to the age of 2 yrs. I lost my husband four years ago in April, and am looking for new purpose and extra income. Important things that you should know. I will need you to provide transportation for your child to and from my house. Also, come prior to the day that I start so that I can meet your child, and to bring and set up some things that will make them more comfortable while here. As of now, there are no other children in my home. ALSO, I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH. NOT SURE WHY IT SAYS I DO ON HERE, BUT CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO REMOVE IT.
