I have always loved children and animals. In high school, I enrolled in an early childhood education program to prepare myself for a job in childcare. During my last year, I interned off campus in a child care facility where I assisted the teacher in daily activities, and leading the class. After a couple months, I was offered a part time job after school leading the VPK (4-5 year old) portion of the preschool facility. Through this program, I was also CPR and first aid certified and in the process of completing my Child Development Assesment (CDA) and Early Childhood Professional Certificate (ECPC). Although I stopped pursing these credentials, I've still retained the knowledge needed while creating them. I also have a 4 year baby sitting history in the home with 3 young boys.
