Hello! I am Crystal! I grew up in Orlando, Florida. I graduated from Harvard University this past May with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. As an undergraduate, I worked in a developmental lab as well as a teacher assistant at a Catholic School in Massachusetts for 3 years. I worked in the kindergarten classroom and 3rd grade classroom. I also worked in their afterschool program in which I helped first to fifth graders with their homework. This past January I went to South Africa and taught a leadership curriculum to 9th graders as part of a mission trip with my college's christian organization. This past summer I taught reading and math to incoming first graders in Rural Mississippi as part of an Ameri Corps program. Currently, I am working as a social worker specifically with children at an Orlando Christian Counseling Center. I also will start working at First Presybertian Read more Church of Orlando in their earlychildhood ministries. I myself have two nieces, 5 and 9 years old, whom I adore! I like to do children's yoga videos with them. When I am not working or spending time with family, I like to read, run, walk my dog, cook, and do yoga! I speak Spanish!
