I have been babysitting for over 11 years. I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. We booked Dana days in advance. She verified at 2:00 on the day of the event that she was still coming and would be here on time. 6:00 came and Dana did not show up. She did not respond to text messages and her phone sent me directly to voicemail without even ringing. All she had to do was text me and tell me something came up and I would have made other arrangements. Instead she chose to be unprofessional and not communicate at all. I would not recommend Dana at all.
