Renita D.

We used Renita during our stay in Davenport and fully intend to ask for her again when we are in town. We are grateful to have found her. She came to meet the kids prior to the day we needed her services and demonstrated attentiveness, compassion and knowledge about feeding, napping, toileting, administering meds and other aspects of caring for young kids. She took notes about each child and talked with us about the kids behavior strategies/restrictions/rewards, etc... We put her in charge of a 1 yr old, a 3 yr old and an 8 yr old with special needs. Renita was pleasant but firm, and also brought toys for the kiddo's too - we really had a great experience with her!!

Renita watched our girls at our resort while we were on vacation so that we could get massages, and she was amazing. One of our girls does not separate easily AT ALL, but Renita was able to keep her happy for 2+ hours with NO TEARS. Renita is professional, easy to communicate with, and so so so sweet. Our girls were asking if they could play with her again within minutes of her leaving. I would absolutely recommend Renita, and we will use her again if we find ourselves needing a sitter in the Orlando area. She's the best!

Renitas profile looked great and she was very prompt in her responding to messages and texts. We were asking for some early morning hours for in hotel babysitting and she had no problem with it. Renita agreed to meet up with the kids on Weds before watching them. While our 2 yo was understandably shy, both kiddos warmed up to her. She was prompt and on time and had no problems handling a 2 yo & 9 mos old for approx 16 hrs over 3 days. She came prepared with her own toys and games for the kiddos which was nice while staying in a hotel room. She's a super sweet person and the kiddos took to her. If we are down there again I would call her in a heartbeat!!!

I needed a wknd sitter for a conference I was attending while in Orlando. Her profile sounded great, so I decided to contact her. What I liked about Renita was her promptness in corresponding back with me through text or phone call. She is a bright, friendly & intelligent young woman who took to the kids very well. Another family who we were vacationing with us needed a sitter as well, and she even offered to watch all the kids!!! How brave!!! For the day and a half she stayed with the kids, she was extremely capable, and showed great responsibility and the kids had a ton of FuN & thought she was very nice. We would love to contact her in the future & any time we are visiting the Orlando area. Thank you, Renita & Sittercity!!!

Renita came over on a Thursday for the interview.. we instantly fell in love with her.. she is funny, has a great personality and my daughter stated, she reminded her of a family member, which was a good sign! She sat for us on Saturday.. she was on time, even though I wasn't, she was a little under the weather; however she still took my daughter skating. She is a gem and definitely a keeper...thanks Sittercity!
