I have been watching children after school hours since I was 15. My most recent was a 14yr old who has aspergers syndrome. I have had to make sure he made it on the bus in the morning, made sure I was there when he arrived home from school. Had to make sure homework was done and dinner was made. I am also certified in CPR and First AID. I also watch two wonderful little girls as of right now, one who is 5 and autistic and her 2 year old sister.
