I honestly enjoy children. Although I am 19, I find joy and a since of calm working with children. They teach me more than I teach them. I strongly believe in the saying "Kids are people too". Having patients and a willingness to listen to a child is very important. I also don't mind the endless energy they have, it gives me life! I respect kids, which is something people sometimes forget is very important. The impact one can leave on a child is unforgettable so, I'd rather mine be an effective and positive one. I don't mind reading, watching Disney films, interactive activities or even cooking. For a few weeks I volunteered at the boys and girls club with a program in high school. I have 2 younger sisters, and 2 younger cousins that i have babysat as they grew up. I am in college at FAMU in Tallahassee Florida, but i'm home for the summer.
