I have been babysitting my entire life, whether it was little cousins or for my parents' friends. In high school, I continued babysitting for families from the church I attended at the time. I was fortunate to find one wonderful family, in particular, that I worked with on a regular basis. In college, I worked at a bed and breakfast and was offered many opportunities to babysit for guests who wanted an evening out on the town and even provided care for guests with health issues. My ultimate dream in life is to open a bed and breakfast of my own and the main reason for that is having continued opportunities to care for others. It is something that is very natural for me. On the more technical side, I did receive CPR and first aid training my senior year of college (as I currently work in sports).
