Hi! I'm Sam. I'm a senior at UWF majoring in Business Administration. I started babysitting when I was 16 to make some extra cash and ended up leaving my "real" job (lifeguarding) and made this my main gig. I love working with kids and have experience with all ages, many special needs, and various circumstances (date night sitter, live-in nanny, camp counselor). I'm trained in CPR and Lifeguarding through the American Red Cross. I think the way that someone chooses to spend their time says a lot about them, so here's a little about what I do in my free time: I read a lot - currently reading Permanent Midnight by Jerry Stahl; I listen to lots of music - currently loving the new Red Hot Chili Peppers album; I practice yoga - avid about Ashtanga and Kundalini disciplines; and I spend time with friends, watching Netflix or playing board Read more games. During the school year I also make time for my classes, some of which are taken on campus and some online-only. My tuition and living expenses are paid by scholarships, so the money I make from childcare goes toward saving for grad school (intending to pursue an MBA with a focus in Industrial/Organizational management). I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe and engaging environment for kids. For the next month (mid-July to mid-August), my availability is wide open.
