Hello! My name is Lorinda and I have been caring for and teaching children ages 2 months to twelve years for 15+ years. I have enjoyed experiencing the infant growth stages of life on up into the preschool years. Most of my time has been spent in the 2.5 to 4 year old age range. I have my Associated Degree in Early Childhood Education and many continued educational certificates-including Child/Infant CPR and First Aid, SIDS training and Shaken Baby Syndrome. My specialties in working with children is my patience, individual attentiveness and ability to be constantly making life a teaching experience. I love using nature, the arts, cooking and sensory experiences to connect children to the world around them. I believe in providing structure and routine in the day but being spontaneous as well.
