Although I do not wish to make a career out of childcare, there is a reason why I have always gravitated toward it. Honestly, there's really nothing better than facilitating a learning experience for another human being and watching them grow from it. Throughout college, I babysat for family friends and neighbors ages 1-12. I've spent the last 3 years working for an organization called the edible peace patch in which we worked with elementary school kids outdoors in gardens that we created in their school yards. I am currently in the process of getting CDA certified and am CPR certified as well. I play guitar, speak french, love being outside, and when it comes to baby sitting, I love sharing these passions and learning from children as well.
