I have had experience working with children of all ages. I began caregiving since the age of 16. Officially, I became a preschool teacher and worked with infants and 2-4 year olds. later, I began to work with older children. I moved to Sri Lanka and oversaw 24 children in an orphanage, ages 4-17. While in college, I volunteered as a Gaurdian Ad Litem and a Success Coach for Take Stock in Children. In addition, I've kept my commitment to a special needs adult since I was 17. His parents leave me alone with their son while they leave the country for a couple weeks. Children really are our future and there's nothing more important than embracing, encouraging, and helping them become the best they can be.
