Hi, my name is Tatiana Macheca I'm 23 years old. I've babysat a little boy Nathan until he was about 6 years old. Nathan have down syndrome. He also had three open heart surgeries when i met him. I was scared to watch him at first it was a lot of responsibilities but he made me become a strong minded young woman i am today. Nathan wasn't suppose to walk or talk. He now runs around can sing his ABC's & count. I stopped babysitting Nathan when he was 6 years old he moved away to alabama 😢. I love kids watching them grow is a beautiful thing.
