I received an application and contacted Kammini this week for a job a few day away. She came to my home to interview and I hired her. She TEXTED me the day before saying she did not think we were a good fit and would not be coming. I tried to get more information as to why she did not think she was a good fit with no response. I think a phone call would have been more appropriate.
