As a former educator, I've learned to never let go of my inner child. I truly am a child at heart and that's what makes me so relatable, easy going and able to engage with children at their own level. I believe in an authoritative approach rather than authoritarian. I apply a holistic approach to teaching and care. I use structure and planning but believe children should be allowed to freely share their opinions, get down and dirty and ask a million questions!
