Hi my name is Alyssa! I'm a dedicated and dependable babysitter of 8 years In daycare work and being a full time nanny alongside small babysitting jobs. I adore children and am devoted to helping children think creatively, solve problems,and respect themselves and others. During high school and college I excelled in 5 classes revolving around child psychology and development. I'm very outgoing and I am able to deal with all types of children. During high school I was on the tennis, soccer, and volleyball team and I was in 2 school plays so anything outdoors or artsy is down my alley. Whether it's building a pillow fort or having a tea party I'll always make sure your child has lifetime memories! I would love to be able to let you have your time to yourself a week and not have to worry about who is watching your children. I Read more am able to do deep or light house cleaning as well. Also, I am trained in tutoring children in all grades so If any homework help is needed I would be of great service in that area. I also am very comfortable around any pets and I do have my own reliable and safe transportation. I am trained in CPR, water safety and first aid, my top priority is safety! I'm very responsible but I do love to have fun and make sure the child has fun but also the parents values stay true. A majority of my experience comes from being a full time nanny for 2 years with children ages 2 years old, 5 years old, and 3 months old. Another family I nannied for has 5 kids ranging from 3 years old to 10 years old. My latest nanny job that just ended in June was full time and I would stay with the kids for days, even weeks while the parents traveled the country. Also, I was employed and volunteered in a family daycare since I was 12. Understanding that a happy childhood can develop that child into a healthy, successful and thriving adult is my motivation in childcare.
