I have always been a people person. From a young age I always knew I wanted to help people in some form. As I grew older coming from a family of educators, I found a passion for children. I took on the major of psychology to become a counselor in a school or outside of the school while working with kids. I believe children are to have a wonderful childhood and grow up with the enjoyment of living life. I began working with the Albany Area YMCA in 2012 and have been every summer since then and one year from2012-2013 in the school year. I worked in the child care department up until this past summer and loved every minute of it. I will be graduating this semester with a major in psychology and a mnor in sociology.
