Hello there, my name is Amanda Henderson. I'm 20 years old, and well, I'm a nanny! I started out babysitting when I used to watch my younger sister and even then, I could tell I really liked the idea of watching kids. With that being said, at 15 years old, I started a babysitting business in my neighborhood. After getting older and getting ocassional babysitting jobs, I heard about being a nanny and it escalated from there. I've been a nanny for 3 years now. I've watched kids ranging from ages 7 months to 13 years old. I had a family of four kids; a 7 month old, a 2 year old, a 7 year old, and a 9 year old all at once. I've had experience with it all! I'm used to light housekeeping, cooking, helping with homework, running errands, changing diapers, etc. I would have to say my Read more favorite part is being hands on with the kids. I love doing arts and crafts (although they will probably draw much better than me, I try :D) and just making sure they're having a fun, yet safe time. I will say my older sister and my mom did help a lot with my passion with kids because they worked at a daycare and babysat from time to time. We're all kid lovers. I also would like to be long- term... it's about the kids and it's not fair if they get too attached and I just depart. Hopefully I'm here to help you! If you have ANY questions, feel free to ask.
