On a last note: I am willing to cook, if needed; however, I am not the best cook!! In fact, this is not my area of expertise at all. I can get by with cooking the pre-packaged or easy meals but cooking a full-course dinner consisting of fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes, collard greens, etc is most likely not going to turn out like you hope for.
