My name is Kaitlyn and I have over 12 years of paid childcare, educator (home-schooling program I created with help from educated consultants in this particular field), tutoring, executive assistant position, organization projects, pet sitting and housekeeping experience. I have worked with children from 2 weeks to 16 years of age. Including children with social, emotional, educational and/or physical disabilities. I have even created and administered homeschooling programs and early childhood education which enabled the children to receive admission to top tier schools with long competitive waiting lists. Most recent accomplishment was preparing a 1 year old to be taken into a competitive 2's program despite not turning 2 until a few months into the school year. This institution not only had long wait lists for this particular class, but they had not taken anyone who was not 2 years old before the first day of school.
