I am currently a Research Engineer at the University of Georgia working for the Circularity Informatics Lab researching plastic pollution and the circularity of plastics in our world. I recently moved to Athens again for work after living in Colorado and Seattle for the past four years. In Colorado, I worked as a Crew Leader for AmeriCORPS building hiking trails and doing conservation work throughout central Colorado. I then moved to Seattle and worked as the Assistant Aquatics Director at the Stroum Jewish Community Center teaching swim lessons, supervising lifeguards, and scheduling a staff of 32 lifeguards and instructors as well as lessons. I have experience babysitting and teaching kids aged 0-15. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old. As a swim instructor and lifeguard full time for two years, I have experience with all ages and temperaments of kids. I have had a number of long-term Read more babysitting positions including: babysitting ten-year-old triplets along with their 13 year old sister once a week for a year, feeding, watching, and changing my newborn nephew, babysitting 4-6 years olds on as needed for two years. These positions included taking them to activities, picking them up from school, as well as cooking dinner for them when needed. I am highly responsible, caring, calm, and love to be around kids! For my current job, I do not have a set schedule. I work as needed as a contractor and can therefore be available for babysitting jobs during the day and throughout the week as needed. I am looking forward to getting connected to the community in Athens again after graduating from UGA in 2018!
