Jonathan (Parker) worked for us for 4 weeks as our full-time Nanny. Out of the blue he quit over text message with no notice whatsoever. Claimed a family emergency was taking him back to Alabama. Did not even say goodbye to our 8 year old. Our son is adopted from the foster system and already has abandonment issues. This certainly did not help. I would not recommend hiring Parker as whether this was a family emergency or not, quitting over text message and not saying goodbye to a child are character flaws that likely have deep roots. There are probably bigger issues at hand here.
