I am 28 years old and live in the Poncey Highland area of Atlanta. I was born and raised in Marietta and have been babysitting ever since I can remember and still currently do babysit for some families. As a "real" job, I am a mental health therapist for two agencies based in Atlanta and Marietta doing group and individual therapy. My original concentration was in family and child counseling, but soon after completing a my master's degree (moved up north for a few years, but have been back in Georgia since March 2014), that working with children within my field once much more tough on my emotional health than I expected. So, I still love working with children and I do have the background in psychology, but babysitting has become my way to continue working with children in a much more fun environment! I have become very close with Read more the families I have worked with in the past and even ones I work with 10 years ago, I still keep in touch with. I would love to find something like that again! I do have references available. I am available mainly on weekends for date nights. I do work Monday through Thursday, but my hours vary week by week, so I have random availability on those days.
