My name is Rachel, & Everyone calls me Ray Ray ♡ I am 37 years old in June, mom of 6, & they are all in school now. I am a college graduate & worked full time throughout all my children's lifespan up to my last 2 children. I love being a mom, & I love all children. I currently live in Breckinridge subdivision behind Zaxby's off Jimmie Dyess Pkwy close to Ft. Gordon Gate 1.I will be moving in Petersburg Station off Riverwatch Parkway between Old Evans Rd. & Baston Rd. I have served in children's ministry since I was a teenager. I am CPR certified. I have no professional training OTHER THAN being a mom 24/7 for the last 17+ years. Any child I care for will be treated like my own in a ***home environment. ***I am not a daycare center... I am a home away from home. When weather permits, we are enjoying outside... preferably barefoot (earthing & grounding is the best) Otherwise we are indoors for the sake of central heat & air. When we go outside, I do have fenced in backyard, swingset, slides, safety enclosed trampoline, with riding toys & other outside things to play with. I do teach as any mom would their own child at home... any opportunity to teach letters, numbers, colors, shapes, phonics, people skills, manners, respect, how to play with others, be nice, take turns, & share... I'm a firm believer in imaginative play & learn... 1-3 year olds just don't sit to learn. It's unnatural & stressful. We learn while we play. We operate like a home... PJ's are welcome! Being comfortable is what's important...

Rachel watched my son for 5 or 6 months and then I ended up moving to Atlanta for a new job. I wish I could have packed her and her family up and brought them with me. She was great! Very flexible, very understanding of my crazy nursing schedule and my son fit right into her family like he was her own!! She helped this struggling single mom soooo much!
