I am the mother of two teenage daughters. One is 18 and a senior in college, while the other is 14 and a sophmore in high school. My experience is based on the upbringing of them and the care of several other children of different ages while being a stay-at-home mom. I am a trustworthy person; the safe care and well being of your children will be my priority. I will get on the floor to play with your baby, I will play hide and seek with your toddler, and I will try my best to keep your older children engaged in some kind of activity. I would not mind helping around the house because for many years while taking care of children in my home I managed to run in a rather organized manner what always was a very busy household. Throughout the years, among many other things, I Read more learned that babies and young children do best if they have daily routines. I learned that you can instill qualities and values in children from the simplest daily situations. I also learned that TV watching should be limited, while the use of the imagination and creativity encouraged. And last but not least, I learned that caring for children is not just what I enjoy the most, but also what brings me the most satisfaction.
