We were very impressed with Ashley's professionalism and nurturing care of our child during the interview process. She was very knowledgable about newborns and multiples and would be an ideal fit for any age. Ashley helped us as new parents through the nanny process and compensation and terms discussion. We went through 3 interviews, she was prompt and professional through all of them including a 4 hour trial. We ultimately chose a nanny located closer to us which is a better fit for date nights, additional hours, and our family situation. We were so impressed with Ashley we felt compelled to post!

Solid interview, actually ended up offering her the role, which she accepted citing a strong connection with our family. Before meeting in person, we even made sure we were very clear on compensation including tax withholding - our formal offer actually falling in the upper end of our discussed pay range, something she understood and was agreeable to. Upon acceptance, we began communicating with other candidates and started to expend $$ on background checks, driving records, etc., only to be notified via text message 24 hours later that "she'd had time to think about the offer in its entirety and decided to reject it." Very disappointing experience on our end and found the communication via text message to lack common courtesy and the professionalism we expect out of an experienced nanny in her pay range.
