I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care, and I have NICU experience. However, when my own children were small I made the decision to leave the workplace and become a SHM. I have four children with two living on their own, and two adolescents remaining in the home. My license is inactive and I do not want to re-enter the hospital environment after being away so many years. But, I am currently providing care for a special needs toddler two days per week, and I am hoping to find more part-time work to fill in my schedule. Babysitting, and nannying for those with and without special needs is acceptable to me. I am infant and adult CPR and AED certified, along with being a certified swim instructor.
