I am a 31 year old newlywed (since April) and college grad as of December 13th! I am desperate for jobs while I search for a full time job in my field of biology. I have been a babysitter since the age of 13 when I took the Red Cross babysitting class. I have also completed the Red Cross Emergency First Responder (and instructor) course(s) three years ago; learning CPR, AED and First Aid for infants, children and adults. I am honest, reliable and trustworthy. I have my own transpiration and am happy to accommodate car seats if needed. My six year old step-daughter lived with my husband and I every other week until this past month when she and her mom moved out of state. We now keep her every other weekend, so we have a kid friendly home! I have two dogs and am not afraid of any Read more animal or pet, except roaches! :) I am very crafty and love doing art projects, school projects and taking "field trips" to anywhere from the library to the zoo! I am happy doing errands to help out and I enjoy cooking and know how to accommodate picky kids! Between the ages of 14 and 18 I babysat my nephew and niece (then 4to8 and 6to10 respectively) everyday morning through evening for the full summers! I also recently (within the last 4 years) have helped care for my second nephew (now 12) as his mom, my sister, has been ill. I have been responsible many times for getting him to school, picking him up, helping with homework, making dinner, bedtimes, etc.! My availability is very flexible as I am currently searching for a full-time position. I am available evenings and weekends. I am available on Sundays but I do attend church in the morning. I am happy to come to your house or babysit in my own! We have a very large fully fenced in backyard to run around and play and two dogs that love to play as well! We live in Columbus. She was great with my talkative 10yo boy and she did crafts with my 6yo girl too(which takes a lot of patience!). They both really liked her and keep asking for my husband and I to go on date night so she can come again. She came on time and was very easy to communicate with while we were gone. We would definitely use her again :)
