My name is Melanie Hinkle, I am 20 years old and I graduated from Hardaway High School in May 2013. I have lived in Columbus, GA all my life and I absolutely love children. I have always loved babies and children for as long as I can remember. My first baby sitting experience was when I was thirteen. A family friend asked me to babysit her three children (1 girl and 2 boys) for a few hours while she was out. Her oldest was about six years old and her youngest two were a toddler and a baby. A few months after that I officially started babysitting my 2 week old nephew. I cared for him starting every Saturday every weekend during the school year and then sometimes 6-7 days a week throughout the summer. For a period of time starting in 2012 and also in 2013 i volunteered practically everyday at Girls Inc. I loved my time there and I became very close with the children there until the place unfortunately closed. Even though I am no longer there I still have a great relationship with a few of the girls that I believe I helped the most. I love helping people, especially children because I believe that with the right care and teaching they can grow into incredible people. I am energetic, intelligent and I provide great care.
