Hi, I'm Dana Tedesco a late 20something PhD candidate studying Immunology. Outside of the lab, I'm the proud mother of two wonderful rescue cats and love to use my science skills to cook. My years of studying biological sciences gives me a unique ability to teach and tutor (science and math-including basic skills, AP-Biology and Chemistry, SAT/ACT and other standardized testing). I have been part of a teaching team for graduate level virology and completed an intensive workshop teaching methods at Emory. Currently, I mentor younger graduate and senior college students to prepare them for their cumulative exams. I am more than happy to accommodate study groups as well if your child learns better in that setting. Aside from tutoring, I have experience working with kids as a youth lacrosse coach and part-time babysitter for families with 1-2 children. In the past, I have been licensed as an EMT in Read more Pennsylvania; you can rest assured that any children (or pets!) entrusted in my care will have a safe and nurturing environment.
