Hello, My name is Rima Fiveash and I am interested in know more about your posting for a qualified Nanny. I have been a Nanny for 15 years working with newborns, toddlers and pre-schoolers. I worked for one particular family in the Smyrna/Vinings area for 5 years(2 boys). I worked in the Buckhead area for approximately 3 years for a professional family with 1 daughter. My last 3+ years, I worked in the Inman/Candler Park area for two professional families, which consisted of 3 boys, one of which was from newborn to 2+ years. I worked for these families for approximately 3+ years. Even though this job has ended, due to family moving out of town, I still maintain contact and occasionally do sitting when they are in town. I am currently working for two families in a Nanny Share in the City of Decatur for the past 15 months. Read more I am originally from Lithuania Europe and have been in the US for 16+ years. Rima took care of our kids for the past 4 years and she was the best decision we ever made. From the time my kids were tiny babies until now, Rima kept them safe, fed, clean, engaged, and most importantly, LOVED. They are now amazing little people and I know we have her to thank for so much of that. She was a constant calming presence through my new motherhood worries and always there to reassure me that whatever phase they were going through was just a phase. I never once worried about them as long as they were with Rima. From teething to colds to the terrible twos and very talkative threes, she was a steady, nurturing presence who was always reliable, on time, and willing to pitch in around the house to make sure everything kept running smoothly. She handily took care of up to 4 children at a time with the deftness that comes with being both a mother and a “second mother” to other families’ little ones. She was always willing to adjust her caretaking to address any of our concerns at the time. Rima is definitely one in a million and I truly believe you will be the lucky one if you allow her to take care of your children. She has become a member of our family (and of the families of many of the other kids she has cared for in the past) and I hope you get the opportunity to join this special tribe.
