Well I have always loved kids . I have one of my own who was born in July of 2014. I took care of my little brother and sister. I have helped with the special Olympics in high school. And I treat everyone the same as long as they respect me back. Here and there, there will be tantrums but I don't believe in hitting a child when they get me upset . Just not right. Discipline yes , but nothing too drastic . Like time out or taking things away from them. That's how I was raised . I also respect the decisions of the parents. For example you don't like what I do . Tell me . You're the one who hired me so I have to respect it .
