I'm a 28 year old surgical technology graduate with over 15 years of experience with children ages 0-16. My experience includes working with special needs children and understanding how to cope with them and provide their wants / needs. Also, I helped to raise my younger siblings, who are now 16, and have worked at different churches as a teacher/child care worker. My main focus is getting to know the parents and children and to create a bond of not only trust, but love as well. All children need that special person to look up to, a good role model who sets a great example, and a person whom they can count on and trust. I enjoy being that person.
