In my four years of high school I took childcare classes. My pathway in high school was actually early childhood education. I volunteered as a preschool teacher assistant at my church for two years. I do have experience with small children. My duties in my childcare class included to teach, entertain, and feed the children. As a teacher assistant I would help out with lessons and on occasions I would do lessons on my own with the supervision of the teacher.
