My personal philosophy and the way that I communicate with children promotes creativity, individuality, and critical thinking on their part. This way, they continue to develop intellectually, socially, physically, and emotionally while they are with me. Having the opportunity to bond and watch children is a blessing. While babysitting or 'nannying', I get to interact with a variety of personalities and help play a part in the growth and development of a child’s life. I have always loved spending time with children. They always have a love to learn and a carefree approach to life. I enjoy hearing about their days at school, going to their personal events, helping them think through major decisions, and the variety of activities provided with my position. I am constantly learning more and increasing my child-rearing skills with every moment I spend with children. I graduated from the University Georgia this past year (2016) Read more and received a degree in Health Promotion. I am CPR certified and aquired my Masters in Nursing from Augusta University. I had my first nanny experience while in high school and I continue to make myself available to families in need of temporary, emergency, and scheduled babysitting. My past experiences include (09/17-12/17) part time babysitter for Augusta family( 9 and 11 year old) (10/16-present) Temporary nanny for Sandy Springs family (6 month old) (01/14-01/16) temporary nanny for Atlanta family ( 7 month old) (07/10-06/12) nanny for family in Atlanta (3 month and 3 year old) Overall, my duties were fairly similar. They involved picking up and dropping off the children at daycare. While at home, a made certain they were fed, bathed, had some play time, prepared food for the next day, and had them in bed by a certain time. I am more than happy to provide more references and more information on the families I have already had the pleasure of working with in the past.
