I am a college-educated mother of three who has been babysitting since I was 12. I love children, and now that mine are grown (youngest just started college), I have the time to help families with their child-care needs. When I was in college at Georgia Tech, I was an after-school nanny to a family in midtown. When my first child was born, I ran a home day care for a few years, where I cared for 5 children (age 4 and under). Unfortunately it wasn't financial feasible to do that for long, so I re-entered the workforce. After that time, I worked during the school day and I cared for my niece and nephew after school every day after school, so I have experience with all ages of children. I've been told I have a crazy tolerance for chaos, and love to have fun with kids, but as a Read more mom, I understand how to manage homework and bedtime schedules as well.
