I love working with children. They are so precious and really help one realize what's important in life. I grew up in a large family so I have experience as "mother's helper" with chores and watching the little ones. I also worked in the nursery of my church for a year. I spent a summer in northern California working at a Baptist Church as a summer missionary, teaching the 3-year-old class. Also, every other Friday we hosted a parent's night out. Parents would drop their children off from 6-10 p.m. and we would play, teach, have crafts, have snack time, and also have a movie time at the end. We had ages from birth up to 11 years of age. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications. I am certified in Basic Emergency First Aid and Basic Life Support: Adult, Child, & Infant CPR and AED.
