I have two 4 year old step children (boy and girl) that I watch M-F while their father works for the military. I am a full time graduate student online working on my Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have a spare room available for nap time. My children nap between noon-1300. We have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert. My children drink juice/water and do not drink soda. I try to provide healthy well rounded meals and snacks. I have many toys in the back yard. We have large trampoline for the children to play with. I take the children for bike rides many times throughout the day so bringing a bike for the child(ren) would be nice. We also have a pool in my community which is available for summer uses so a bathing suit would be nice to bring for the child(ren) as well. I like to Read more limit TV watching and encourage imagination, although TV is still watched I only put on learning programs. I have a medium size dog that has been around children since my step children were 2 years old. He gets excited and loves children. We do not use peanut products in the house as my step son has an allergy, so I am aware of the risks. My normal rate is $9.00 an hour for day shifts and increase slightly for late evening shifts. My rate increase $5.00 for each addition child. If it is a permanent employment then salary can be discussed as that is often a better deal for the parents.
