I received a Bachelor's degree in nursing in '95. I worked as a psychiatric nurse for 18 years. I have an active msg license, but stopped working as a nurse 11-13. Prior to that I worked in Childcare & Christian Daycare with ages newborn to age 3 for 6 years. I also worked in property management prior to getting a college degree. I have two, now adult daughters, who I raised as a single parent. I have 4 grandchildren, ages 2-10. I live in Monroe/Loganville area. I quit work as a nurse, because I wanted a break from my profession. In my last full-time nursing position, worked as charge nurse, in an acute emergency receiving mental health/substance abuse facility for 8 years. I just turned 53 & am seeking a job with diversion from a high stress environment, as I was when I was ft employed. I love children, and Read more two year olds are my favorite.
