Hi! They say to write something to grab the parent's attention and show my personality so I wrote the most basic statement because it is actually true. lol I love spending time with children and I think that is what sets me apart from other people. Taking care of children is my "hide out" from the adult world, if you are willing to mentally interact with the children. Children, to me, have a beautiful innocence that gets lost in the world and being a child care provider makes me feel like I'm helping to try and save that in the youth. I am a part-time time Hospitality student, taking half of my classes online. I have 11 niece's and nephew's that I call my experience. I also have worked for a summer at my family's Read more school monitoring children and planning activities for large and small groups. After working at the summer camp I was hired by parents at the school to help take care of their children during times when the school and summer camp were closed. I recently was rehired to a school I worked at and have been fingerprinted, drug tested, cpr and first aid certified, and am going through a required anger management course. Faith was very personable in our interview. She indicated she was looking for a more permanent full time position, to allow her to get back in school quickly. I totally understand the economy, and school challenges. If this has not presented an issue, I would have selected her as a caretaker in our home. She has a strong family base, which I always look for when selecting a candidate. I wish her the best in her search.
