Hello, My name is Jessica and I am a college student currently majoring in Early Childhood Education at Clayton State University. In addition to being an honor student, I frequently volunteer with the local after school program at the Boys and Girls Club in Atlanta, Georgia. I am also a math, social science, and reading tutor at Peyton Forest Elementary in Atlanta, Georgia. Working with children is particularly appealing to me, because children are very impressionable, interested in learning, and open to new concepts. Moreover, I have worked with both elementary and middle school teachers, as well as camp directors to develop curricula that meet the needs of children. I enjoy tutoring students and helping them build confidence in their ability to achieve, both academically and socially.
