As a young girl, I have always loved children. At the age of nine, I began to volunteer at my daycare center to work with the infants and one-year-olds. I became CPR certified at the age of 14. Two years later I became a certified babysitter and started babysitting for two families. My first family consisted of a four-year-old, two years old and a six-month-old baby. My responsibilities included watching the children ( playing with them), cooking dinner, cleaning and putting the children to bed. I would also spend the night as well. I had similar responsibilities for the second family as well. This family consisted of two adults with disabilities. My responsibility was to feed them and make sure they took the correct medicine for bedtime.
